We will listen to you

Your project will start with us listening to you, in one -to one talks, brainstorms or workshops, whatever suits you best. You prioritize

Prioritization is one of the most important things in a software development project. Nobody wants to spend 80% of the money on 20% of the least used features.. yet this has happened so often in traditional software development. The content of our development sprints is determined by you, based on the business value you expect from the functionalities we build. After each sprint you can re-assess the business value and set new priorities

 

We will manage the project

After we have set the scope and the way we will be working together, we will take responsibility of the development project.
